If our team finds dry rot, damaged plywood, or any structural issues at that point, we’ll let you know right away. Any necessary repairs will be completed at our standard per-sheet plywood rate, which includes both labor and materials.
Please note that mold removal, cleaning, and abatement are not included in our roofing packages unless specifically listed as an added service. If existing mold is discovered on your home, any costs related to treating or removing it will be billed separately.
Additionally, our workmanship warranty does not cover mold-related issues or any mold remediation that may be required in the future.
