Dry rot,repaired right.

Rot spreadswhile you wait.
In the Pacific Northwest, moisture finds its way into every gap. Dry rot spreads quietly behind siding, under decks and inside trim, and a small soft spot is often just the visible edge of a bigger problem.
Catching it early is almost always less expensive. We probe the area, show you exactly what we find and give you a clear written price before anything is cut out.

- Paint that bubbles or peels in the same spot again and again

- Window and door trim that has turned dark or soft
